In the Work Tasks Pro view, you can view work items, work item details, act on work items, and refresh the work items list.
When you log in to the application, the latest work items are automatically downloaded. You can also pull down on the device screen to refresh the work items list.
On receiving notification, you can see the updated work items without manually refreshing the work items list.
You can swipe to quickly act on the work items without opening it. You can swipe left the work item to Approve, Reject, Remove, Flag/Unflag, and View the details. You can also put back the work item in the same Queue.
On tapping the work item, you can view the details page.
The work items are color based on the priority (0-99) and help you to quickly recognize high priority items (0-33 for Low, 34-66 for Medium, or 67-99 for High). You can also sort the work item based on time, the latest being at the top of the list.
To View Inbox

Swipe in from the left edge of the screen, tap Inbox.
The All Items screen appears.
To View More Work Items

To view more work items, scroll down through the work items list, and tap LOAD MORE.
To Set Work Items Sorting Order
You can sort the work items by priority or time.

Swipe in from the left edge of the screen, tap Inbox.
The All Items screen appears.

In the All Items screen, tap the Overflow Menu and then tap Sort by Priority to sort the work items by priority.
The work items are listed in the descending order of priority.

In the All Items screen, tap the Overflow Menu and then tap Sort by Time to sort the work items by time.
By default, the work items are sorted by time.
Work Item Categories
The work items categorization helps you to view items based on the category. For more information about categories, see Categories.
To View Categorized Work Items

Swipe in from the left edge of the screen, tap Inbox.
The All Items screen appears.

From the Categories drop-down list, tap a category to view items based on that category.
The work items are listed based on the selected category.
To Update Work Items List
You can pull down on the device screen to refresh the work items list.
To Flag/Unflag Work Items
You can flag or unflag the work items that you want to follow up based on importance.

Swipe left the work item to flag or unflag the work item.
The Updating work item flag message appears and the selected work item is flagged.
To View Flagged Work Items

Swipe in from the left edge of the screen, and tap Inbox.

Tap Categories drop-down list on the header and then tap Flagged.
All the flagged work items are listed.
To View Work Items in Groups
You can enable Show in Groups to group work items based on the value of the work item field created.The Show in Groups is disabled by default.

Swipe in from the left edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Inbox.
The Show in Groups screen appears.

Tap the Show in Groups toggle switch to enable it.
The work items are listed based on the value of the work item field created.
Note: The value of the Work Item Field is displayed based on the server language setting.
To Search for Work Items/Groups
You can search for a specific work item or a group.

On the Action bar, tap the Search icon.

In the Search box, type the keyword for the work item or the group you want to search.
The work items/groups containing the specified keyword are listed.
