Import workflow

You can import a workflow definition that has been saved as an XML file. You can import only unpublished workflows.

To import a workflow XML file:

1. Select and right-click the workflow that you want to import from the workflow list.

2. Click Import Workflow. The Import dialog box appears.

3. Select the workflow definition which you want to save as an XML file.

4. Click Import. A message workflow successfully imported appears.

5. Click Close.
