The following resolved issues are delivered as part of this release.

• A loading icon now appears before uploading attachments when submitting a form, providing users with clearer feedback during the upload process.

• Blank page no longer appears for PDF prints when printing a form via a Print type button.

• Implemented validation mechanism to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information during the creation of Database Lookup query.

• Web API now displays decimal values, even when the first record does not contain a decimal value.

• Corrected the handling of the Audience field for Service to Service Web API Authentication.

• The issue with some Enterprise Console pages not opening after the IIS reset has been resolved.

• Resolved an issue where clicking on a form link containing a localization tag (e.g., @@Formlink@@) resulted in a 403 Forbidden error.

• Addressed an issue where the form link was not visible on the web after being set as the homepage for Work Tasks Pro.

• Resolved an issue where the Audit Trail was not displaying correctly.

The following resolved issues are delivered as part of this release.

Resolved Issues

• AVEVA Work tasks fails to send notification messages due to the deprecation of the legacy FCM APIs. This issue has been resolved by migrating the legacy FCM APIs to the FCM v1 APIs, ensuring the continued functionality of Work Tasks despite the deprecation.

• The high CPU utilization issue caused by the Web Logger has been resolved.

• The sync process encountered an error when attempting to read attachment data from a workflow configured with the Invoke Form activity, due to the Input Instance XML value not being set.

• The system is unable to store attachments (Excel files) based on the DB storage type from the Repository DB to a physical location. When these files are subsequently accessed for further processing, they display a "corrupt file" message.

• Addressed and resolved security issues.

June 2024

The following enhancements and system updates are delivered as part of this release:

• Implemented restrictions on the use of system-reserved values during the creation or updating of Database Lookups through queries.

• Introduced MQTT Connection configuration using MQTT Providers, enabling Form controls to receive and process data directly from the MQTT server. For more details, refer MQTT Connections.

• Enhanced overall security measures.

• Updated third-party components, patches, and operating system.

Resolved Issues

• Addressed an issue where the transaction ID was incorrectly treated as a GUID rather than a string during the Quickflows ingestion process.

• Resolved the issue where entering a script tag in the Contents for the Child Workflow property in the Workflow activity displayed the source code.

• Resolved an intermittent issue where the form would show a spinning circle.

• Corrected a problem where the Export button was not visible in the Grid when only one record was present, the Dynamic Page Size property was set to Yes, and either the Consider Available Height was set to Yes or a specific Height was specified.

Resolved Issue

• The notification hub is not being released upon unregistering or when the Work Tasks tenant is unregistered.

January 2024

The following new functionality, enhancements, and system updates are delivered as part of this release:

• Multiple files can be ingested using single/multiple Ingestion Activity in single transaction. For more information, refer to Scenario 4: Performing Ingestion of Multiple Files with Single Transaction Form.

• The API skelta.grid.saveGridDataToCloudStorage can be used to extract Grid control data, export to Excel, upload to AVEVA Cloud Storage, and retrieve filename. This filename can be stored in Forms Control and passed to the workflow used in Ingestion Activity. For more information, refer to skelta.grid.saveGridDataToCloudStorage().

• Pre-Workflow Execution script now supports asynchronous execution with Invoke Workflow control in Forms. For more information, refer to Invoke Workflow.

• Improved performance for Chart control configured with multiple parameters.

• Notification service upgrade.

Resolved Issues

• The new Security Group creation lacked restriction.

• Error occurs while saving the property Contents for Child Workflow in the Workflow Activity.

• Error displayed in Logger when opening Variables for ChildWorkflow or XmlVariables for ChildWorkflow windows for child workflow.
