View Association of Forms with Workflows

View association of a form with the workflow to see which workflow is initiated when the form is submitted.

To view the workflow name for the associated form

• In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

  The Bound to Workflow column shows the workflow name for the associated form.

To view the workflow name, version, and status for the associated form

1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

2. Right-click on a form, and then click View Association. The Associated Workflow dialog box appears.

   The Associated Workflow dialog box shows the workflow name, version, and status for the associated form.

3. Click the Close button. The Associated Workflow dialog box is closed.
