View Others Items in the List

Why the user is not able to view items of other users in the list?
Problem: The user is unable to view the list items in the list.
Resolution: Follow the steps given below to view the others list items in the list:

Check the user security group and rights.

Ensure that the Show Only Owned Item right is set to False for the user.

Ensure that the Can Consume Item and Can View Others Draft Items rights are set to True for the user.
