Disable Forms

Disable a form to prevent editing or using the form.

To disable a form

1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

2. Right-click on a form, and then click Disable. The form is disabled and a message bar appears.

3. Click the Close button. The message bar is closed.

Shortcut Menu Commands

When a form is disabled, some commands on the shortcut menu are no longer available to prevent editing or using the form.
