Create KPI Data Points

To create KPI Data Points

1. Click the KPI Data Points tab to define the data points that monitor Overdue Analysis. The KPI Data Point(s) Data Point window appears.

2. Click New. For this example, create 'Domestic' and 'International' Data Points.

To create Domestic Data Point

3. In the Name box, enter the name for the Data Point as Domestic.

4. In the Condition based on drop-down list, select Activity Inlink Condition.

5. In the If Activity drop-down list, select Approval2.

6. In the has started because of Incoming Link having Condition drop-down list, select IN.

7. Check Domestic from the list of check boxes.

8. Click Insert to insert the condition in the Condition text area.

9. Click Save.

To create International Data Point

10. Click New.

11. In the Name box, enter the name for Data Point as International.

12. In the Condition based on drop-down list, select Activity Inlink Condition.

13. In the If Activity drop-down list, select Approval1. (Approval1 is for International)

14. In the has started because of Incoming Link having Condition drop-down list, select IN.

15. Check International from the list of check boxes.

16. Click Insert to insert the condition in the Condition text area.

17. Click Save.

18. The two Data Points are created.
