Design and Publish Forms

You can do the following while working with Forms:

• Design a form to add controls and containers to the form.

• Edit a form to change description and design of the form.

• Delete a form when the form is no longer required.

• Preview a form to check look and feel of the form at run-time and the XML generated for the form.

• Publish a form to use the form in a workflow.The form associated to a workflow is a Fill Form, and appears in the Fill Form page only when both the form and the workflow are published.

• Unpublish a form to prevent using the form in a workflow.

• Publish a folder to use the forms associated to workflows in the folder in the Fill Form page.

• Unpublish a folder to prevent using the forms associated to workflows in the folder in the Fill Form page.
