Edit Forms

Edit a form to change description and design of the form.

To edit a form

  1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

  2. Right-click on a form, and then click Edit Form (or click on a form, and then on the action bar, click Edit). The Edit Form dialog box appears.

  3. In the Description box, edit description for the form.

  4. Click Save & Continue

    The description for the form is saved, and the Edit Form dialog box is closed.

    The Forms Designer page appears.

  5. Design the form, and then click the Close button. The form is saved and the Forms Designer page is closed.

    Note: You cannot edit the name of the form. To edit properties of a form, see Edit Properties of Forms.
