Export Lists

Export a list to save the list as an XML document.

The XML schema defines the controls and properties of the controls for the list. After successfully exporting a list, you can  import the XML document to create similar lists.

To export a list

  1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, click Tools, and then click Manage List. The Manage List page appears.

  2. Right-click on a list, and then click Export List. The Export dialog box appears.

  3. Click Export. The Save As dialog box appears.

  4. Click Save. The list is exported as an XML document, and the Save As dialog box is closed.
