About Role Lookup

A Role Lookup is used to search a required role from data source providers.

AVEVA Work Tasks provides a Search functionality in Role Lookup. This enables to search the required role.

You can select the required provider from the provider drop-down.

You can map the AVEVA Work Tasks Roles with the CONNECT Roles. There are seven CONNECT Roles that can be mapped with AVEVA Work Tasks roles:

• Administrator: has full access to data source

• Contributor: has the contributor access to the data source

• Limited Access: has only limited access to the data source

• Reader: has the reader access to the data source

• WorkTasks_storereader: has access to read from the data source

• WorkTasks_storewriter has access to write to the data source

• WorkTasks_storereaderwriter: has access to read and write to the data source
