Change Ownership of Forms

Change owner of a form to allow other user to own and control the form.

To change owner of a form

  1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

  2. Right-click on a form, and then click Change Owner (or click on a form, and then on the action bar, click Change Owner). The Change Owner dialog box appears.

  3. Click the User Lookup button. The User Lookup dialog box appears.

  4. Select a user, and then click Update.

  5. Click Save. The owner of the form is changed and an information message appears.

  6. Click OK (or click the Close button). The information message and the Change Owner dialog boxes  are closed.
