You need to request the CONNECT Administrator for creating an account and getting the access for CONNECT.

The CONNECT Administrators are responsible for setting up the accounts and giving access to AVEVA Work Tasks solutions and capabilities. All support and administration requests for CONNECT account should be raised by, or approved by the relevant CONNECT Account Administrator. The CONNECT Operations will not process any requests or issues for an existing account unless it comes with that authority.
