Filter Lists

Filter lists to quickly find the lists you are looking for from the list of lists.
Filtering lists is useful especially when there are a large number of lists.
To apply a filter for the lists

In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, click Tools, and then click Manage List. The Manage List page appears.

Right-click the column header, and then click Filter Bar. The filter bar appears.

Enter a value in the filter bar for a column, and then press Enter.

Click the Funnel button on the column, and then click a filter option. The filter option is selected.

Click Apply All Filters. The filtered result appears.
To clear a filter for the lists

In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, click Tools, and then click Manage List. The Manage List page appears.

Right-click the filter bar (or click the Funnel button on the column), and then click Clear All Filters. The filtered result is cleared.
Filter Options
Filter lists using one of the filter option for each column:

Not Set |
Show lists without applying any filters. This is the default filter option. |

Greater Than or Equal To |
Show lists where the value of the column is greater than or equal to the specified value. |

Greater Than |
Show lists where the value of the column is greater than the specified value. |

Equal To |
Show lists where the value of the column is equal to the specified value. |
|
Does Not Equal To |
Show lists where the value of the column is not equal to the specified value. |

Less Than or Equal To |
Show lists where the value of the column is less than or equal to the specified value. |
|
Less Than |
Show lists where the value of the column is less than the specified value. |
|
Is Between |
Show lists where the value of the column is between the specified inclusive range of values. |
|
Is Not Between |
Show lists where the value of the column is not between the specified inclusive range of values. |
|
Like |
Show lists where the value of the column is as per the specified value. |
|
Does Not Like |
Show lists where the value of the column is not as per the specified value. |

Contains |
Show lists where the value of the column contains the specified value. |
|
Does Not Contain |
Show lists where the value of the column does not contain the specified value. |

Is Null |
Show lists where the value of the column is null. |

Is Not Null |
Show lists where the value of the column is not null. |

Is Empty |
Show lists where the value of the column is an empty string. |

Is Not Empty |
Show lists where the value of the column is not an empty string. |

Apply All Filters |
Apply all filters set for the columns. |

Clear all filters set for a column. |
