Access Work Tasks Pro using QR code

The Work Tasks Pro application can be accessed outside the corporate network through Windows Azure. The mobile application communicates with the AVEVA Work Tasks server which is within the firewall through Windows Azure. It is recommended to access the application through Windows Azure, as it provides high level of security as the application runs behind the firewall. Also, this setup does not require additional network settings to access the application on the go.

Scan account settings using QR code

Use the QR code to store settings such as Server Path, Repository, and Provider. You can then scan this QR code in the Work Tasks Pro app to automatically fill these settings in the Manage Account screen.

1. Tap the Scan QR Code icon.

2. Scan this QR Code in the Work Tasks Pro app.

3. Enter the user name and password.

Delete Account

You can clear all the settings configured for an account.

4. In the Manage Account screen, tap the Overflow menu.

5. Tap Delete Account.

   All the settings configured for the account are cleared.
