View contractor contacts requiring logins

When a contractor contact is created in AVEVA Contract Risk Management, they cannot sign in to the Contractor Portal (if used) unless they have a CONNECT user ID.
You can export a spreadsheet of all contractor contacts who do not have CONNECT user IDs from the Contacts Requiring Logins page.
View contractors requiring logins

Open the navigation bar. If necessary, click the Manage tab.

Under Contractor Management, select Contractors Requiring Logins.
On this page, you can filter the list of contractor contacts who require CONNECT user IDs by first name, last name and email address. Select the
button to expand the search box, and type the search text.

Select the
Export Data to Excel button to export the filtered list of contractor contacts to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
for use when creating their CONNECT user IDs.
