Cancel reviews

The following users can cancel a communication review:

  • Anyone who belongs to the following contract roles:

    • Contract Owner

    • Contract Administrator

    • Contract Process Owner

    • Company Representative

  • Any reviewer.

You can only cancel a review which is In Progress, i.e. which has not been completed.

To cancel a review:

  1. On the communication register, click the Title of the communication you want to view.

    The Communication Details page is displayed.

  2. Click the Reviews tab.

    A list of reviews for the communication is displayed.

  3. Click the fa-sort-down drop-down arrow for the review you want to cancel, and select Cancel this Review from the menu.

    The Cancel Review page is displayed.

  4. Enter the reason for cancelling the review.

  5. Click Yes to cancel the review.

    The Reviews page for the communication is displayed. The state of the review is now Cancelled.

Reviewers can also cancel a review from the Review page:

  1. On the Review page, click the Embedded Image (65% Scaling) (LIVE) Actions menu and select Cancel This Review.

    The Cancel Review window is displayed.

  2. Enter the reason for cancelling the review.

  3. Click Yes to cancel the review.

    The window is closed. The state of the review is now displayed as Cancelled.
