View the project/dept communication register

The project/dept communication register is a register of all communications that you have permission to access in the project.
To view the project/dept communication register:

Navigate to the Project/Dept Summary page.

Click the Project/Dept Communication Register tab.
All communications you have permission to access in the project are displayed.
You can apply a quick filter or a personal/standard view to the project/dept communication register.
The view feature allows users to modify the information displayed in the communication register by applying filters and clauses. See Personal and standard views for more information.
You can apply a pre-existing personal or standard view or create your own view:

To apply a pre-existing view, click the Current View button and select the required view from the menu.

To create a new personal or standard view, click the Current View button and select Create a View from the menu.
Note In addition to all standard communication fields, communication custom fields, tag groups and tags can all be displayed and filtered on by applying a view to the communication register.
