View the tender, contract or framework agreement register

To view the tender, contract or framework agreement register:

1. Navigate to the Project/Dept Summary page for the project you want to work on.

2. Open the Tender, Contract or Project/Dept Framework Agreement tab as required.

3. All tenders, contracts or framework agreements that you have permission to view are listed in the register.

   Note An AVEVA Contract Risk Management default view is applied to each of these grids the first time the register is visited.

   Tip Filter the information displayed on the tender grid by creating a personal view of the grid information. See Personal and standard views for more information.

To export the contents of the tender or contract register to Microsoft Excel:

4. Navigate to the Project/Summary page for the project you want to work on.

5. Open the required tab.

6. Click the Export Data to Excel button.

7. Click Open to open the Microsoft Excel document in a new browser window. Click Save to save the document locally.
