Remove communications from stories

You cannot remove a communication from a story if it has a financial association with another communication in the story. Financial associations can be broken from the Process Chain section of the Communication Details page - see Remove communications from process chains.

Note If a story contains only two communications, removing one of the communications will delete the story from AVEVA Contract Risk Management.

To remove a communication from a story:

1. On the communication register, click the Title of the communication you want to remove from the story.

   The Communication Details page is displayed.

2. Click the Stories tab.

3. In the section for the relevant story, click for the communication you want to remove.

   A confirmation message is displayed.

4. Click OK to remove the communication from the story.

   If you removed the current communication from a story, or if the story contained only two communications, the Stories tab is refreshed and no longer displays that story.

   If you removed another communication from a story with three or more communications, the Stories tab is refreshed and the removed communication is no longer displayed in that story.
