View the framework agreement library

You can view the library for the framework agreement from the framework agreement and from its call offs.

The following users can view documents in the framework agreement library:

• Users with a framework agreement contract role can view all documents. Confidential access permissions apply.

• Users with a call off contract role can view a list of documents but cannot open them (unless they also have a framework agreement contract role). Confidential access permissions apply.

To view the framework library from the framework agreement:

1. Navigate to the home page of the framework agreement.

2. Click and select Library from the menu.

   The Library page is displayed.

To view the framework library from a call off:

3. Navigate to the home page of the call off.

4. Click and select Library from the menu.

   Note Alternatively you can access the library from the Project/Dept Summary page. Click the drop-down arrow for the required call off and select Library from the menu.

   The Library page is displayed.

5. Click the Framework Agreement Library tab to view the framework agreement documents.
