The contract home page

The contract home page is designed to help with managing all aspects of the contract.
The name and reference of the contract are displayed at the top of the page. At the top-right of the page are a number of icons and menus:

Alerts - Click to display links to the contract event alerts. Only displayed if there are contract alerts. |

Tasks - Click to display links to your contract tasks. Only displayed if there are contract tasks assigned to you. |

Contract snapshot - Click to display the important values associated with the contract. See the Contract Snapshot Fields below. |

|
Contractor to Communicate via Other Means - Only displayed if this option is set for the contract. See Publish contracts to the Contractor Portal for more information. |

Contract status - Can be Open or Closed. |
The main area of the page displays the following tabs:

Communications - The communication register which lists the communications in the contract. It can be filtered using the Views feature. See Contract communications and View communications.

Obligations - A list of contract obligations. See Contract obligations.

Financial Health - Financial values for the contract. Two views are available:

Summary - Includes a graphical representation of commitment and expenditure values.

Breakdown - A detailed breakdown of the financial values for the contract breakdown items and line items.

Calendar - Key contract dates. Includes contract milestones, including standard contract header dates such as start and end date, as well as custom contract dates which can be configured on the calendar or on the Contract Configuration page. See Contract calendar.

Contract Breakdown - The breakdown of the financial commitment for the contract. See View the contract breakdown.

Dashboard - Contract data in a variety of personalized, customizable, easy-to-read tables and charts. See The contract dashboard.
Contract snapshot fields
The Contract Snapshot window displays important values associated with the contract. Only users with a contract role that has Confidential access will see the financial values.
Note All fields containing financial values are labelled with the base currency of the contract.

Award Date: The date that the contract was awarded.

Original End Date: The original end date of the contract.

Planned End Date: The revised end date of the contract.

Awarded Contractor: The contractor to whom the contract has been awarded.

Contract Award Value: The award value of the contract.

Approved Contract Commitment: The contract award value plus the sum of financial values for communications in the Approved Contract Change reporting category.

Pending Contract Change: The sum of the financial values for communications in the Pending Contract Change reporting category.

Potential Contract Change: The sum of the financial values for communications in the Potential Contract Change reporting category.

Not to Exceed Value: The financial commitment value of the contract which includes contingency for unplanned variations. This value includes the sum of the financial values for communications in the Not to Exceed Contract Value reporting category.

Approved Contract Expenditure: The sum of the financial values for communications in the Approved Contract Expenditure reporting category.

Pending Contract Expenditure: The sum of the financial values for communications in the Pending Contract Expenditure reporting category.

Potential Contract Expenditure: The sum of the financial values for communications in the Potential Contract Expenditure reporting category.

Framework Agreement Reference: Call Off contracts only. The reference of the Framework Agreement from which the Call Off was created.
