Communication routing paths

Communications can be created with the following routing paths:

• Company to Contractor

• Contractor to Company - created by contractor

• Contractor to Company - created by company

• Internal Correspondence

The routing path is defined in the communication template from which the communication is created - see Communication templates for more information.

Each routing path has two versions, depending on whether agreement is required for the communication.
