The Contract Management Register dashboard provides users with a personalized list of outstanding contract tasks that require their attention.
Any task for which the user has a contract role (see Contract roles) or other responsibility (such as a communication review) is displayed.
When a user is the recipient of a temporary authority delegation, all tasks belonging to the original owner (delegator) are also listed on this dashboard. This consolidated contract task list helps users to manage all contract tasks for which they have responsibility.
To view the Contract Management Register dashboard:
-
Open the navigation bar. If necessary, click the My Work tab.
-
From the User Dashboards menu, select Contract Management Register.
The Contract Management Register page is displayed.
All outstanding tasks which may require your attention are listed.
All overdue tasks are displayed in red text.
Tasks that are currently in progress are marked as being in progress.
Tip If another user has delegated their tasks to you, a consolidated list of both your tasks and tasks that you have been delegated is listed. Information in the Task Owner column indicates the user to which the task belongs.
In the Task column, click the link for a task that has been delegated to you to automatically switch to the delegator's view of AVEVA Contract Risk Management.
