Contractor contacts

When a contractor is created, the contact entered in the Primary Contact Information section is automatically assigned as the primary contact for their organization. The primary contact generally has full access permissions within their organization. They are also the recipient of all communications unless otherwise specified by the company user sending the communication. There can be any number of primary contacts within an organization. If you want to communicate with a non-primary contact, you must specify the contact with whom you want to communicate.

Contractor contact login accounts

A contractor contact may have a CONNECT user ID account which allows them to sign in to the Contractor Portal. The areas which they can access (e.g. Pre Award, Post Award) depend on the contractor user role which they have been assigned.
