When you are ready to contribute to a communication review that has been assigned to you, you can access it from the email sent to notify you of the review assignment, or if you are already logged into AVEVA Contract Risk Management, from the navigation bar.

To access your communication review from the notification email, click the link to open the Review tab for the review in AVEVA Contract Risk Management. (You may be required to login.)

To access your communication review from the navigation bar:

  1. Open the navigation bar. If necessary, click the My Work tab.

  2. From the Alerts menu, select Communication Reviews.

The My Current Tasks page is displayed, filtered to show all reviews you have been assigned and which require you to enter a review status.

  3. Click the fa-sort-down drop-down arrow in the Task column for the review you want to access and select Perform Review from the menu.

The Communication Review Details page for the review is displayed:

    • The top of the page displays the number of days until the review is due, the type of review (best practice or ad hoc) and the status of the review.

    • The Review tab displays the Review Details and Review Guidelines in collapsible sections, and the review contributions, including any notes and attachments.

Your contribution to the review is entered on this tab. See Perform a communication review.

    • The Communication tab displays details of the communication for which the review is required, including:

      • The communication documents which must be reviewed - Attachments section.

      • The supporting information which has been added to internal notes - Supporting Information (Internal Only) section.

      • Any other reviews for the communication, if either:

        Assign Confidentiality Permission to Reviewers is set for the review;

        OR

        You have a contract role.

    • If the communication is configured as expenditure, expenditure values and any line items are displayed as read-only on the Expenditure tab. See Progress, expenditure and change communications.

    • The Reviewers tab lists all the reviewers, including if they were included as reviewers as a member of a contract role or business process role. It also includes their decision and whether they are a required reviewer.

The Review Administrator can manage the review assignments from this tab. See Managing reviewers.
