Organization addresses

Users with the Organisation - Application Maintenance permission can enter, update and delete addresses for the organization.

Add an organization addresses

  1. Open the navigation bar. If necessary, click the Manage tab.

  2. Under Organisation Setup, click Addresses.

    The Addresses page is displayed.

  3. Click the Add icon.

    The Create Address page is displayed.

  4. Enter the organization address.

    Note Fields marked with an asterisk fa-asterisk are required.

    Field

    Description

    Address

    The building and street address of the organization.

    Town/City

    The town or city of the organization address.

    County/Region

    The county or region of the organization address.

    Post Code

    The postal code of the organization address.

    Country

    The country of the organization address. By default, this is the Default Country defined in the system settings.

  5. Enter the Email of the contact for the organization address.

  6. Click Save.

    A message confirming the addition of the new address is displayed.

Edit organization addresses

  1. Open the navigation bar. If necessary, click the Manage tab.

  2. Under Organisation Setup, click Addresses.

    The Addresses page is displayed.

  3. Click the Edit icon for the address you want to edit.

    The Edit Address page is displayed.

  4. Edit the address details as required.

    Note Fields marked with an asterisk fa-asterisk are required.

    Description

    Address

    The building and street address of the organization.

    Town/City

    The town or city of the organization address.

    County/Region

    The county or region of the organization address.

    Post Code

    The postal code of the organization address.

    Country

    The country of the organization address. By default, this is the Default Country defined in the system settings.

  5. Click Save.

    A message that the address has been updated is displayed.

    Edit organization contact details

    1. Open the navigation bar. If necessary, click the Manage tab.

    2. Under Organisation Setup, click Addresses.

      The Addresses page is displayed.

    3. Click the View icon for the address for which you want to edit the contact details.

      The View Address page is displayed.

    4. Click the Edit icon for the contact details.

      The Contact Details page is displayed.

    5. Edit the Email of the contact for the organization address as required.

    6. Click Save.

      A message that the address details have been updated is displayed.

      Delete organization addresses

      You cannot delete addresses that are in use by a current project.

      To delete an organization address:

      1. Open the navigation bar. If necessary, click the Manage tab.

      2. Under Organisation Setup, click Addresses.

        The Addresses page is displayed.

      3. Click the Delete icon for the organization address you want to delete.

        A warning message is displayed.

      4. Click OK.

        A confirmation message is displayed.
