Move project/dept framework agreements to a different project/dept

When a project/dept framework agreement is moved to a different project/dept, all its call offs are automatically moved too.

Project/dept framework agreements can only be moved to project/depts within the same Business Unit.

To move a project/dept framework agreement to another project/dept:

1. Navigate to the home page of the framework agreement.

2. Click and select Edit Details from the menu.

   The Edit Contract Details page is displayed.

   Alternatively you can access the Details page from the Project/Dept Summary page. Click the drop-down arrow for the framework agreement, and select Edit Details from the menu. The Contract Details page is displayed.

3. Select the project/dept to which you want to move the contract from the Project/Dept drop-down list.

4. Click Save.

   A confirmation message is displayed and the framework is displayed in the new project/dept.
