AVEVA Contract Risk Management administration

The AVEVA Contract Risk Management system is configured and managed by company users with one or more of the Administration and Organisation permissions:

Administration - System Administration: View the system monitor and system health, and edit the system settings.

Administration - User Management: Manage pending users who have been created in CONNECT, and define company and contractor user roles.

Organisation - Application Maintenance: Maintain Organization-wide information such as Business Units, lookup lists, event formulas, tender/contract/contractor custom fields, and contract financial mappings.

Organisation - Dashboard Maintenance: Create and maintain dashboard templates for use with AVEVA Contract Risk Management Analytics.
Note When a company user who only has only Administration and/or Organisation permissions logs into AVEVA Contract Risk Management, they will always first see the Edit User Details page because they are unable to set a different home page.
To access administration functions, click the navigation bar at the top of the screen and if necessary, click the Manage tab.
