Contractors

The contractor module within AVEVA Contract Risk Management is a very powerful feature. From here, company users can create and verify contractors. Once they have been assigned a valid CONNECT user ID, contractors can communicate with company users using the Contractor Portal without a need for any other method of communication.

The way in which users can communicate with contractors through the Contractor Portal is unique to AVEVA Contract Risk Management:

• The parties can communicate in real time.

• All correspondence is stored in one place which makes finding specific communications much easier.

• All means of communication is kept secure by limiting access to approved team members only.

• Each party can control access to communication for their own team members.

• Each communication is logged in the audit report which can be very useful should a problem arise.

You can store contact information for all contractors within the AVEVA Contract Risk Management database.
