View the transmission history of the stage gate package

The stage gate package transmission history allows members of the Responsible Party to view and download a zip file of all previous stage gate package documents. The package history is available when the Responsible Party has provided a response to the stage gate.

To view the stage gate package history:

1. Click the link to AVEVA Contract Risk Management in your notification email.

2. If necessary, sign in to AVEVA Contract Risk Management.

   The Stage Gate Action Process page is displayed.

3. The Transmittal History section is displayed on the Read tab (when an approval response has been submitted).

   Click the icon to view notes/attachments or status updates sent by the Responsible Party.
