Create a contractor contact

To create a contractor contact:

Navigate to the Contractor Summary page for the contractor.

Click
View Details.
The Contractor Details page is displayed.

Click the
icon in the Contacts section.
The Contacts page is displayed.

Click the
icon.
The Add Contact page is displayed.

Enter information as required in the relevant fields.
Note Fields marked with an asterisk
are required.
Contact Information
Field
Description
Title
The title of the contact, e.g. Mr, Ms.
First Name
The first name of the contact.
Last Name
The surname of the contact.
Address
Select the address of the contact from the company addresses.
Email
The email address of the contact. If they will sign in with a CONNECT user ID, this must match their user ID.
Note All alphanumeric characters can be used in email addresses. The following can also be used: ! # $ & ' * + - / = ? _ ` . { | } ~
Primary Contact
Select Yes if you want to indicate that this contact is the primary contact for the contractor. The primary contact has full access within the organization much like a company Super User. All correspondence is automatically sent to the primary contact unless otherwise specified by the company user sending the correspondence.
Role
Select the required contractor user role for the contact.

Notification Preferences
Field
Description
Use email
Select if the contact prefers to be notified by email.
Use post
Select if the contact prefers to be notified by post.(Automatic notifications are not sent when this option is selected.)
Use Contractor Portal
Select if the contact prefers to be notified via the AVEVA Contract Risk Management Contractor Portal.

Click Save.
A confirmation message is displayed.
