Contract commercial audit log

To view a contract's commercial audit log, which contains a history of changes:

1. Navigate to the home page of the contract.

2. Click and select View History from the menu.

   The Contract History pop-up opens, on which you can see all the logged changes to the contract.

These include:

• When the contract was created, and the values of its fields.

• Changes that were made to the values of the contract's fields, including the Planned End Date and custom fields.

• Changes that were made to contract role assignments.

• For organization framework agreements only, changes made to call off restrictions.

  Note Only users with Confidential access for the contract can see its financial values and confidential custom fields.
