Email documents to external reviewers

You can email review documents from Review schedule items to users outside of AVEVA Contract Risk Management so they can be involved in the review process.
Note The email facility is only available if email is enabled for your organization.
Email is only available when the review has been assigned to reviewers and the review state is In Progress. When the review has been marked as complete, the email facility is no longer available.
To email a document to a external reviewer:

Navigate to the File Review page. See Access tender document reviews for more information.
Note If the review has not already been started, click Start My Review.

Click Email Attached Files.
The File Email Facility page is displayed.

Enter information as required in the relevant fields.
Field
Description
To
The recipient's email address.
Subject
The subject of the email address.
Body
The text of the email. By default, this is the text of the review's Instructions field.
Compress File
Select Yes if the documents are large.

Click Send.
A confirmation message is displayed.
