Business unit level dashboards are available to company users who have the Analytics API Access permission.
Business unit level dashboard templates can be automatically published by users with the Organisation - Dashboard Maintenance permission to appear in the Widget Dashboards area for all users as read-only standard dashboards. They can also be added manually by the user either as standard dashboards (see Add standard widget dashboards) or as copies of the templates which can then be configured as personal dashboards (see Add personal widget dashboards).
Any changes made to a business unit dashboard template will be reflected in the users' standard dashboards once the template has been published.
Users can only see data for the business unit to which they belong, even if they have access to all business units. To access data across all business units, the user must have the Analytics API Access Across Business Units permission and use a third-party reporting application such as Power BI.
Warning The user creating and configuring dashboard templates must be assigned to a business unit for any data to appear in the configured widgets. They will then see data from that business unit in the widgets.
