Edit contractor contacts

To edit the contact details for a contractor:

Navigate to the Contractor Summary page for the contractor.

Click
View Details.
The Contractor Details page is displayed.

Click the
icon in the Contacts section.
The Contacts page is displayed.

Click the
icon for the contact you want to update.
The Edit Contact page is displayed.

Edit the information as required in the relevant fields.
Note Fields marked with an asterisk
are required.
Contact Information
Field
Description
Title
The title of the contact, e.g. Mr, Ms.
First Name
The first name of the contact.
Last Name
The surname of the contact.
Address
Select the address of the contact from the company addresses.
Email
The email address of the contact. Cannot be edited.
Primary Contact
Can only be updated for a contact which is not already the primary contact. Select Yes if you want to make this contact the primary contact for the contractor.
The primary contact has full access within the organization much like a company Super User. All correspondence is automatically sent to the primary contact unless otherwise specified by the company user sending the correspondence.
Role
Select the required contractor user role for the contact. See Contractor role access for more information.
Login Exists
Indicates whether a CONNECT user ID exists for the contact.
If the contact has a CONNECT user ID but is not assigned to the appropriate role to access AVEVA Contract Risk Management, Yes (disabled) is shown.
Cannot be edited.
Notification Preferences
Field
Description
Use email
Select if the contact prefers to be notified by email.
Use post
Select if the contact prefers to be notified by post.(Automatic notifications are not sent when this option is selected.)
Use Contractor Portal
Select if the contact prefers to be notified via the AVEVA Contract Risk Management Contractor Portal.

Click Save.
A confirmation message is displayed.
