Rate commercial audit log

To view a rate's commercial audit log, which contains a history of changes:

1. Navigate to the Contract Configuration page.

2. Click the Rates tab to display the rates which have been added to the contract.

3. Click the row of the rate you want to view the commercial audit log for.

   The View Rate dialog box is displayed.

4. Click the History tab to view all the logged changes to the line item.

These include:

• When the rate was created (manually or by importing a document), and the values of its fields.

• Updates made to the rate, and the old and new values of the fields.

  Note Only users with Confidential access for the contract can see the financial values for the rates.
