The Breakdown view of the contract Financial Health page shows a detailed breakdown of the financial values for the contract breakdown items (if configured for the contract) and line items.

To view a contract's financial health breakdown:

  1. Navigate to the home page of the contract whose financial health you want to view.

  2. Click the Financial Health tab.

The Financial Health page for the current contract is displayed. Values are shown in the contract base currency.

  3. If necessary, select Breakdown from the drop-down filter.

The top row of the table shows the data at contract level and can be collapsed to hide the breakdown items listed below.

By default, breakdown items are listed according to the display order assigned when they were created. You can reorder them as needed; see Contract breakdown items.

On this page, you can:

  • Expand and collapse the data for each breakdown item to hide or display its associated line items, using the + and - buttons. By default, the breakdown item rows are collapsed.

  • Click a value shown as a blue link to display a list of any communications which contribute to that value.

  • Export a list of items based on the current filter, by clicking fa-download Export.

The following table describe the values displayed. For breakdown items, the commitment, change and expenditure values are the sum of the associated line items.
