Download multiple documents

This feature is available in the reference library and project/dept libraries, and allows users to download a collection of documents by emailing them to the user's email address.

Note Batch download is only available when email is enabled at organization level.

To perform a batch download:

1. Navigate to the Library page.

2. Select the documents you want to download.

3. Click the Perform a batch download button.

   A warning message is displayed.

4. The selected documents are emailed to the logged in user.

   A confirmation message is displayed.
