Example routing workflow

The illustrated routing workflow performs the following steps:

  1. Once the workflow is started (the Initiate activity), an entry is added to the communication's history (the Log activity).

  2. A best practice review is created (the Review activity) and a notification message is sent to the members of the Responsible Party for the review.

  3. Once the review has been completed in AVEVA Contract Risk Management, a notification is sent (the Notification activity) - in this case, to the Contract Administrator.

  4. The workflow completes (no specific activity required).
