Obligation commercial audit log

To view a contract obligation's commercial audit log, which contains a history of changes:

1. Navigate to the home page of the contract you want to work on.

2. Click the Obligations tab.

3. Click the obligation to open its details pane on the right-hand side of the page.

4. Click the icon in the top-right of the obligation details pane.

   The Contract Obligation History window is displayed, in which you can see all the logged changes to the obligation.

These include:

• When the obligation was added, and the values of its fields.

• Changes that were made to the values of the obligation.

• If any communications were associated with or dissociated from the obligation.

• Details of any internal notes added to the obligation.
