Contract event alerts notify company users if a contract event has been triggered. This allows the user to take action to rectify the situation before it has costly implications.

Contract event alerts can be:

  • Contractual Obligation - high - a red icon

  • Best Practice - medium - an amber icon

  • Informative - low - a yellow icon

View contract event alerts

  1. Navigate to the home page of the contract you want to work on.

If an alert is raised within the selected contract, a red bell icon fa-bell-red is displayed at the top of the contract page.

Note This is not the same icon which is displayed for notifications on the navigation bar.

  2. Click the fa-bell-red icon.

A message is displayed which includes the number of alerts on the contract.

Note If there is only one alert, the alert message is fully displayed.

  3. Click the message.

The Contract Alerts page is displayed.

Note Contract event alerts are also displayed on the Contract Management Register dashboard.
