Start and complete schedule items

Marking schedule items as started and complete can help users keep track of schedule items more easily. The schedule item filter assists users to keep track of the progression of the tender as you can filter the displayed schedule items by their progression status. Once a schedule item has been marked as complete, no further changes can be made while it is in this state.

The following users can start or complete schedule items:

  • Tender administrators.

  • Any tender team member assigned to the schedule item.

To mark a schedule item as started or complete:

  1. Navigate to the home page of the tender. If necessary, click the Schedule tab.

  2. Click the fa-sort-down drop-down arrow for the schedule item you want to mark as complete, and select Start Schedule Item or Complete Schedule Item from the menu.

    A warning message is displayed.

  3. Click Start/Complete.

    A confirmation message is displayed.

    Note Alternatively, you can navigate to the schedule item home page, click the schedule item status, and select Start/Complete from the menu.
