Ad hoc reviews

Communication reviews can take place on an ad hoc basis as well as during a workflow (best practice reviews), for example, if a reviewer requires a second opinion from someone who is not a reviewer for the best practice review but does not want them to have the Confidential access to documents that was assigned in the best practice review.
