The following table outlines the field names and values that can be added to a Microsoft Word document when creating custom Word fields for contract documents.

Warning The text you enter in the Name field of the property in Microsoft Word must be identical to the value of the Name field in this table.

Transaction Originator

The name of the communication sender.

Transaction Documents

The names of any attachments to the communications.

Transaction Associations

The reference number of any communication which have a financial association with the communication.

Date Created

The date and time that the communication was created.

[INSERT DATE CREATED]

Last Updated

The date and time that the communication's details were last edited or the state of the communication was last changed.

Note This field is updated when a user makes a manual update or when an update is made automatically by AVEVA Contract Risk Management; for example, when the communication reporting category is updated by the mapping workflow. For automatic updates, the value of the field is set to the name of the Contract Owner.

Last Updated By

The name of the user who last edited or changed the state of the communication.

Transaction Comments

The description for the communication, e.g. a message to the recipient.

The total of all financial values associated with the communication, in the communication currency.

Transaction Summed Schedule Values

The total of all schedule values associated with the communication, in days.
