Communication commercial audit log

To view a communication's commercial audit log, which contains a history of changes:

  1. On the communication register, click fa-sort-down for the communication, and select View History from the menu.

    The Communication History pop-up opens, on which you can see all the changes logged for the communication.

Alternatively:

  1. On the communication register, click the Title of the communication you want to view the commercial audit log for.

    The Communication Details page is displayed.

  2. Click the History tab to display all the changes logged for the communication.

    You can drill down to the any communication reviews by clicking the link in the header of the log entry.

    The changes logged for a communication include:

    • When the communication was created, and the values of its fields, including custom fields.

    • Changes that were made to the values of the communication's fields.

    • Details of any expenditure or commitment change values added to the communication, and any changes made to them.

    • The progress of the communication routing workflow.

    • Changes to the communication state (also displayed on the Communication Details page).

    • If the communication was added to stories and process chains.

    • If the communication was associated with or dissociated from an obligation.

      Note Only users with Confidential access for the communication can see its financial values and confidential custom fields.
