The Recycle Bin

The Recycle Bin area of AVEVA Contract Risk Management displays the tenders, contracts, contractors and project/depts which have been deleted. Any of these can be restored as necessary. Tenders, contracts and project/depts can also be permanently deleted.

To view the Recycle Bin:

1. Open the navigation bar. If necessary, click the Manage tab.

2. Under System, click Recycle Bin.

   The Recycle Bin page is displayed, showing by default the list of deleted tenders and contracts.

3. Select the appropriate item from the Select a Recycle Bin drop-down list:

   • Tenders & Contracts

   • Contractors

   • Project/Depts

     The Recycle Bin page is refreshed to show the deleted items. You can only see tenders, contracts and project/depts that you have access to.
