Add a schedule item to a tender schedule

The following users can add schedule items to a tender schedule:

Tender administrators.

Any tender team member with the Tender - Write Access permission.
To add a schedule item to a tender schedule:

Navigate to the home page of the tender. If necessary, click the Schedule tab.

From the Schedule Actions menu, select
Edit Schedule.
The Edit Schedule page is displayed.

Select the item above the position you want to add the new item.

Click Add Below, and select the schedule item you want to add from the menu.

Features
Group Heading
A group heading has no features as its only function is in an organizational capacity.
Create Documents
Tender documents (e.g. tender specifications, scope of work etc.) can be uploaded through this step.
Review
Allows AVEVA Contract Risk Management users to upload documents for internal collaboration and review. ITT documents received from contractors can also be reviewed using this schedule item.
Despatch/Tracking
Tender documents are dispatched to interested contractors through this schedule item. Contractor's responses can also be tracked in this step.
Shortlist
AVEVA Contract Risk Management users can use this step to create a shortlist of contractors that are being considered for contract award.
Award
This step is used to award the contract to the successful contractor.

Click Save.
A message is displayed asking you to modify the schedule dates. See Modify tender dates for more information.
