The AVEVA Contract Risk Management reference library stores important documents or general documents that are applicable across the organization at various levels. The folder hierarchy in the reference library allows company users to manage and organize all their general company documents in a logical manner.
Documents can be copied from the reference library to tender and contract libraries so that they can be reused as needed anywhere in AVEVA Contract Risk Management. Therefore any document that contains confidential or sensitive information should never be uploaded to the reference library. Instead, individual tender and contract libraries offer a secure environment to which only certain approved users with specific permissions have access.
To access the reference library:

Open the navigation bar. If necessary, click the Manage tab.

Under Organisation Standards, click Reference Documents.
The Reference Documents page is displayed, showing the folder structure in which reference documents are contained.
