Project/dept framework agreements

The introduction of project/dept framework agreements supports the easy management of a number of contract types including framework agreements, Master Service Agreement and work orders, and Multiple Currency Contracts.

While Organization framework agreements are visible to the entire Organization, project framework agreements are visible only within the project to which they belong. All project team members (and users with permission to view the project) can view summary information for project/dept framework agreements including non-confidential documents in the Framework Agreement library.

Any of the following users can create a project/dept framework agreement:

• A member of the project/dept Team and have Contracts - Create Fast Track permission.

• Has Business Unit - View all Projects, Contracts and Tenders and Contracts - Create Fast Track permissions.
